Below is how Apple's Microsoft Windows Support department does their job. Instead of helping me try to fix my problem, they ended up refunding my money, making it sound like they did me a favor, as they normally do not refund song purchases. They wouldn't help me, so I helped myself, and found something much better in the process! Now I can do what I want with the songs I purchased from iTunes, and so can you. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - mswin@apple.com wrote: > We apologize for any inconvenience but we are unable to visit third > party websites in order to access files for purposes of > troubleshooting as it is a violation of our security standards. That's a load of B.S., and you know it. You're telling me that a major computer company doesn't have an IT department that can protect its companies systems from possible threats of visiting a website or from downloading and playing an MP3 file?
